Islamic banks and their system

I would say hahahahahaha! On so called islam banks. Putting islam in their name doesnt means it is islamic. It is like we put MUSLIM in the name of the beer and consider it lawful for us. Now a days every body following the name of the bank and go there to help them/banking.
Infact I have never seen islamic banking any where. I am not a manager nor a banker and not even related to financing field. Here I have some ideas about muslim or islamic banking. Which can only be applied in muslim country because the only muslim country can follow it. All Muslims are researching or financing, marketing,  banking and many many things but I didnt seen any body who wants to do some research on how the islamic banking systems can be applied.
Basically what mony every Muslim try to earn in lawful way the whole life, that mony is being used in unlawful manner in banks, they put money in stockexchange,  they put your money in interests, they put your money in loans and many more. It means the money Muslim call it halal is going in Haram way.
There must be some obligations on the bank by head of the state that they wont be going to spend that money out of the state, loan is prohibited, no interests for any body.
And in islamic banks there must be counter for disabled, old age, priests (tablighis), huffaz and ulamas.these are must even if it is islamic banks or not, if they are based in Muslim countries these people must be given preference. Because banks uses their mony bank should care for them.
The question is then how the banks will earn?
Banks can earn by providing institution for quality islamic teachings ultimately people will pay for that as a fee and or any other sadqahs, so banks can use it as they providing quality institute. Banks will be able to buy some parkings, making public gardens, comunity centers,  libraries and so on there are hell of thing that bank can earn from. I am not a professional but I have expressed what I had in my mind any body if wants to suggest any thing he/she is welcome.
